Spread the love

Hey friends!  Have you started putting your Christmas decorations away?  I am finally finished!  As I look around I actually like the stripped down version but I understand I’m probably in the minority.  One of the kids walked through and said things looked sad.  Sad?  Hmmm.  To me it looked clean, uncluttered and straightforward.  I must be going through a phase.  😉  So, if you are not like me and want to keep a warm, cozy feeling around, here’s a round-up of pretty winter decorating ideas.  BTW, would you believe it has been 70 degrees and sunny in TX?!

A Round-Up of Pretty Winter Decorating Ideas

As I was going back and looking at some of the winter decorating ideas I’ve posted in years past, the one below was probably my favorite.  Mostly because I thought the house looked so nice that year and each vignette literally took me two minutes to assemble.  I love easy!

Great post, with bright clean cozy ideas to transition from Christmas to Winter.
Agreed about 2022, The Lord shaping, working on us. I thank Him He led me to your blog. I learn, and laugh at your funny ways of writing things.
Just found out one of my best friends from years ago passed away early December, so like the transition from Christmas to Winter, her passing reminded me I need to embrace each day for God’s glory.

I’m so sorry to hear about the loss of your good friend. That’s tough. And yes, embracing what the Lord has for us is important. You never know when we will be chosen to be a tool in one of God’s miracles. I find that so exciting. Thank you so much for being a follower and sister-in-Christ. I love that! Big hugs Cheri.
