Hey Y’all! Man, it’s good to be back. The Mister and I took a couple of days to drive to South Carolina to attend the Haven Conference then take a couple of extra days to check out the other side of the US. Seven days, nine total states, yikes.
During Haven I made some new friends and the way I keep up with them is on Instagram. Do you have an account on Instagram? I do and if you’d like to follow along, click here. You are probably thinking they aren’t real friends but they are. I may not have seen them in person but we have conversations, trade ideas, encourage one another and pray for each other when asked.
The other part of Instagram is the beautiful pictures. Oh my such beautiful pictures. I admit, a while back I got caught up in the wow-my-house-is-crappy-compared-to-this-one syndrome but quickly remembered that comparison doesn’t do anyone any good and slapped myself for being ungrateful for a short minute. God made us all unique with different styles, tastes, talents, and gifts. So I hope as you scroll through Instagram, you’ll feel energized and creative; not ordinary or downhearted. That is never good and not what Instagram is about!
All that said, I get a lot of inspiration from so many accounts and today I’m going to share 5 of my favorite Instagram accounts.
I can’t show you all of my faves because this is a blog not a book, which I could totally fill by the way.
5 of my favorite Instagram accounts
Blue Linen Cottage. Emily has a She-Shed that is so stinkin cute! She shares it along with pictures of her adorable doggies. The colors are soft and she has a way of showing off beautiful vignettes that are easy to duplicate in your own home.
Next is Debra at Vintage Crushin. She loves vintage, junkin, flea markets, iron stone and hand sanitizer just like me! So what’s not to love?! Her feed is full of ideas on how to repurpose vintage items for everyday life. A lot of like what I do. 🙂
Then there’s my friend Kelley at Single Silo Farmhouse. Her farmhouse is 100 years old and she had me at the green front door. She shows projects they’ve been working on and her style is simple everyday beauty.
Loren’s account is Blue Barn and Cottage. Her interior is mostly white and every once in a while you’ll see a pop of soft color. She keeps things updated by using new ideas like wallpaper etc. Hello beautiful house, I love you.
Last but not least is Carey’s Country Garden. She has a log house that looks like no other. None in. the. whole. world. It’s amazing! When you look at her feed you’ll notice how everything is warm and inviting with beautiful color throughout. Enjoy!
So there you have it. Five stunning Instagram accounts you’ll want to check out. I could stare at some of their photo’s for several minutes. And that’s saying something!

Aren’t they though? I could look at their feeds all day and not get tired. But that would be silly now wouldn’t it… just sitting on Social Media all day?!

I missed seeing your again this year at Haven but I am enjoying your Haven pics so much.
