FARMHOUSE FRIDAY 281

Spread the love

Oh my goodness friends – how are you?!  I’ve missed y’all!  How were the holidays?  Are you looking forward to a new year?  Are you ready for Farmhouse Friday 281?!  What’s been goin’ on?!

For me, I think this year is going to be another whirlwind of living.  Our daughter gets married in April which means I’ll get my office back.  Yay me.  I’ve been in our bedroom since July of last year when she moved back in from graduating college.  I sold all of my office furniture and have been using a medium sized half moon table.  Thankfully, she painted the walls white before moving back in and even though I would have picked something more taupe, I am not complaining.  I’ll take white any day over the dog-puke-gold ones from before.

I also have several small projects on my list of things to do.  Some spaces around the house are looking a little tired so it’s time for a little pick-me-up and if I add those projects to last years list, I’ve got 2024 already covered as well!  Sad but not kidding.  Where do the days and months go?!

FARMHOUSE FRIDAY 281!

There were 3 posts in December that weren’t about Christmas.  They were about decorating with vintage collections, decorating with excellent junk and decorating during the winter months.  If you missed them, click the links under the photos below and it will take you straight there.

Happy new year, Cindy. Lots of illness going around, and my 16 mo grandbaby is in the hospital with RSV (prayers appreciated from anyone reading this!). Blog and home front are quiet for now until things settle down. I just wanted to drop in and say hello, and thank you for this party.

I like your content. However, the constant pop up ads in various places all over my screen are obnoxious.
I know you have to have some ads but this is visual overwhelm for me. I wish you well in the future but I’m unsubscribing.

    • January 7, 2023 / 12:08 pm

I’m so sorry to see you go. I understand how obnoxious ads can be and specifically asked not to have them pop-up all over the screen and opted for the minimum required static ads. When I checked my site for ads today they are on the sidebar and an occasional static ad under a photo or two but I didn’t see any that popped up in various places. However, I was on a laptop where the screen is much larger. They are definitely more annoying on a cell phone. Thank you for letting me know. Best wishes Gail. Hope you have a wonderful 2023.
