Spread the love

Hello Friends!  Welcome to Farmhouse Friday 410.  I can tell students are going back to school because getting in to get my hair colored was 2 weeks out!  Usually, I can get it done in two days.  That means I’ll look like a skunk for two more weeks!  Ay yi yi.

Our theme this week for the fabulous features is – Things Cindy liked this week.  😉

white faux birdcage with brass birds and candlestick inside. Sitting on a table Rachel from The Ponds Farmhouse shares how she used birdcages in her decor.  I’m a huge fan of birdcages and loved them all!  Pop over for several great ideas.

wood hutch with white platesI’ve seen Carol’s hutch several times but not until she put all the neutral white pieces inside did I ever notice the clock!  Check out her styling system at Bluesky At Home.  So pretty!

purple and white orchid in a moss basket sitting on a rustic coffee table with sofa in backgroundI’ve never seen a more fabulous homemade container idea before.  I love every little cranny!  You NEED to see how Libbie from A Life Unfolding made the full orchid arrangement.  I bet you don’t guess how she made the base.  Totally pin worthy!

vintage light globe hanging with a copper handle outside in the openI think this idea from Ann at The Apple Street Cottage is so stinkin’ cute!  And I can hardly wait to upcycle a vintage light globe when I find one!  So fun and so original.  She has even more ideas in the blog post too!

FARMHOUSE FRIDAY 410 PARTY GUIDELINES:

  • Your style does not have to be farmhouse, nor do you have to live in a farmhouse to link up. We’d like to see linkups like: Home DIY and Décor ~ Gardening ~ Crafts and Sewing ~ Recipes ~ Homesteading.
  • It doesn’t matter how old your post is, please link your posts only once.
  • The party runs from 6 AM, CST on Friday and ends at 11:59 PM, CST on Monday.
  • We aren’t requiring a link back to this party but if you do, thanks!  That’s mighty nice of you.
  • A Link Party is a great way to grow your blog so please don’t post and run.  Show some love by visiting and pinning (from the original post) what you find interesting.
  • By linking up, you get a chance to be featured here at next week’s party and across social media accounts which includes the Farmhouse Friday board on Pinterest
  • When linking to this party, you are permitting us to share your posts and pictures via social media and as features, roundups, etc. with a link back to your post or a link back to this party on the week your post is featured.
  • Thank you friends.  We can hardly wait to see what you’ve been up to!

You are invited to the Inlinkz link party!

Thank you so much for the feature, Cindy. It’s taken me a few days to stop by since we moved this week! We’re exhausted, but so happy with our new home. Stay tuned for lots of posts about it…

Moving is always exciting to me. Well, except for the packing and unpacking. But the decorating is definitely exciting! Enjoy and we look forward to seeing your new home. Thank you Ann.
