Spread the love

Hey Y’all!  Welcome to Farmhouse Friday 258.  Hope you’re staying cool and enjoying June so far.  We’re at the farmhouse this week.  You should have seen the mister and me pulling Spanish Moss from the trees.  He’s rigged this “basket” for me to stand in while he uses the forklift portion of the tractor to lift me me way up high in the trees.  You know I must trust him or I wouldn’t step foot in his sketchy contraption no matter how much he swears it’s safe.  I only had to threaten him once for trying to be funny.  He’s lucky he’s still alive.  Maybe I’M the lucky one?!  Nope, it’s him.

FARMHOUSE FRIDAY 258!

Just in case you missed a little of what’s going on here, we had a Lifestyle of Love hop with some of my vintage loving friends.  I shared how I use my 5 favorite vintage galvanized containers for flowers and they shared their love for galvanized goodies too.  Check it out!

You brave woman! I’m jealous you have Spanish moss readily available for free, I have to buy mine and it costs a small fortune! I plant it between our stone pavers on our patio. Have a good weekend and be careful in that makeshift basket.

I’d be happy to send you some Marie. Or better yet, come see me and I’ll send you home with a giant garbage bag full! You should see the mound of it in the burn pile. I told the mister that it’s his job for keeping me safe. He just smiled. :/
