Hey hey hey! Welcome to Farmhouse Friday 403. Well, my obsession with the weather has begun because I believe summer has officially arrived. You’ve heard me say this before, but my word, it’s hotter than a honeymoon hotel outside. You should see us. People drive around an extra 10 minutes in a parking lot just to find a shady spot. It’s terrible. How is the weather where you are?

We had a Lifestyle of Love hop this week. The theme was platters or a favorite dish. There were lots of excellent ideas that you should see. If you missed it, you can check it out below by clicking on the title under the photo.
7 Ways To Use Platters When Decorating Your Home – A Lifestyle of Love Hop
The theme for the Farmhouse Friday features this week is – happy days! It’s things that made me smile, things that I want to try or things I wish someone would do for me because it’s awesome! Happy Days.
FARMHOUSE FRIDAY 403
Is this not one of the happiest summer centerpieces you’ve ever seen?! I’m already looking forward to July 4th so I can make one. It won’t matter how hot it is outside, this is fabulous! Thank you Libbie at A Life Unfolding for the great tutorial!
I’m telling you, Tonya from 24 Hour Family creates the cutest charcuterie boards! You need to pop in and see the bees up close and how she made them. Definitely worth pinning for later!
You are not going to believe the before and after transformation of this laundry room from Lynn at Living Large in a Small House! She even covered the breaker box! Hurry and go see it. It would make even the worst laundry day feel amazing!
These aren’t just any ol’ oyster shells. You need to stop in and see what Missy from Sonata Home Design did with them after she decoupages them! So clever and so beautiful!

FARMHOUSE FRIDAY 403 PARTY GUIDELINES:
- Your style does not have to be farmhouse, nor do you have to live in a farmhouse to link up. We’d like to see linkups like: Home DIY and Décor ~ Gardening ~ Crafts and Sewing ~ Recipes ~ Homesteading.
- It doesn’t matter how old your post is, please link your posts only once.
- The party runs from 6 AM, CST on Friday and ends at 11:59 PM, CST on Monday.
- We aren’t requiring a link back to this party but if you do, thanks! That’s mighty nice of you.
- A Link Party is a great way to grow your blog so please don’t post and run. Show some love by visiting and pinning (from the original post) what you find interesting.
- By linking up, you get a chance to be featured here at next week’s party and across social media accounts which includes the Farmhouse Friday board on Pinterest!
- When linking to this party, you are permitting us to share your posts and pictures via social media and as features, roundups, etc. with a link back to your post or a link back to this party on the week your post is featured.
- Thank you friends. We can hardly wait to see what you’ve been up to!

Thanks so much Julie.
Love the fun, colorful features! Yes, we are finally feeling summer this weekend; supposed to be in the 90’s. We’ve had so many gloomy, rainy days, it hasn’t felt like summer, so lake people will be happy! Thanks for hosting, friend!

I have always wondered what the lake temps are during summer. I imagine your lakes would be deeper than ours so probably much cooler. Here, they are just like a warm bath. Bleh. But all of ours (except one I think) are man made. And I think they only get about 20 foot deep. Enjoy the sunshine Lora. Thanks for linking up!
All the features are beautiful this week, Cindy. Happy Summer Solstice!

Thank you Rita. Enjoy gardening!
I’m sorry to hear it is so hot in Texas. While it is warmer than we expected on our trip, we are still enjoying nice temps for our travels. Thank you so much for featuring my decoupage shell post. I appreciate it!
